PORTFOLIO & PROMOTIONAL USE

Unless otherwise agreed in writing before the project begins, TrueHorizons Services LLC may use photographs, video footage and other content created by TrueHorizons during the project for its portfolio, website, social media, marketing and promotional materials.

TrueHorizons will not disclose confidential or sensitive client information through such use. Clients may request in writing before the project begins that specific content or the entire project not be used for promotional purposes.
